Smoking during restrictive contract

Warne, landed a lucrative contract with Nicorette (a nicotine replacement company) which required him to stay away from smoking for a certain period of time as part of the contract. But he was photographed smoking a cigarette in New Zealand during Australia’s tour of the country in 2008. Apparently, it was a few boys who took the photos and Warne got into an altercation with them over it.

In September, 2017, Warne was accused of punching porn star Valerie Fox in face at a nightclub in Mayfair, London. However, he was later cleared of all allegations.

Tested positive for banned substance

Shane Warne’s darkest moment came in 2003 when he was banned for a year after testing positive for a banned substance. Warne had in fact admitted having consumed a ‘fluid’ tablet to get into shape. Consequently, he missed out on the 2003 ICC World Cup which Australia won convincingly.

Warne’s multiple affairs forced his wife Simone to divorce the legendary spinner. In 2005, an english student Laura Sayers, TV assistant Michelle Masters and mother of three Kerrie Colliemore spoke publicly of their flings with Warnie. His marriage with wife Simone really hit the rock bottom after that. Reports suggest that he allegedly had sex with Kerrie on a car’s bonnet. One of Kerrie’s friends once revealed: “He couldn’t keep his hands off her.
