Story
Saiyar Mori Re is a sweet and savory authentic Gujarati Feature Film about love, destiny, longing, and heartbreak. It stars Yukti Randeria and Mayur Chauhan aka Michael in the lead along with Mehool Desai, Mayur Soneji, Mehul Bhil, and Gaurang Anand.
The story of Saiyar Mori Ree revolves around the lead character ‘Hari’ played by Mayur Chauhan aka Michael.
The story explores the concepts of pure shared love, acceptance, renunciation, fate, and a higher power’s play. Hari lives at a Gaushala with Bapu played by Mayur Soneji and Faiba, a transgender, played by Mehul Desai.
Hari delivers milk around the village by day and is a dholi by night. One fine day, while substituting for an odd job upon being asked by Bapu, he sees ‘Leela’ played by Yukti Randeria for the first time and instantly falls in love.
Leela works as a daily wager in the fields. His life changes after meeting Leela and they both gradually fall in love following a few sweet and sour events.
The upspring of love topples Hari and Leela’s life upside down. They start living in a dreamscape. But will it stay forever?. . . Eventually, the feared occurs and Hari and Leela’s tale meets separation.
