Thousands of children, numerous accompanied by parents, queued up outside seminaries, medical centres and special health camps from beforehand on Monday to secure their first cure of the Covid-19 vaccine.
India kickstarted the vaccination drive for children progressed 15 to 18 against the coronavirus from Monday. The enrollment process began on January 1 this time. On December 25, 2021, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had given his nod to vaccinate children in this age group during his address to the nation.
